    I ordered a ******* lamp. The recipient didnt want the item. The item was returned per Werfactory posted guidelines. I need my refund. Also, Ive sent several emails, with no response.

    Order #****: I will begin by stating that I have purchased a few Werfactory lamps from ****** without any issues, and I have put together enough ******* style lamps of various shapes and sizes over the last 3 years. I purchased a ******* Floor Standing Lamp Werfactory Green Wisteria Stained Glass Light x 1 for $190.00 USD on 11/3/24.This lamp was intended to be a gift to my significant other for their birthday, and I "tried" to assemble it for them prior to the date; the lamp stand/pole was nearly impossible to put together due to faulty hardware/screw attachments in multiple areas, the piece to secure the lamp shade to the post was missing, and the top pole/screw would not s**** onto the larger lamp pole as it hit resistance. I contacted the company on 11/10/24: "hi there, i hope youre well, i will need to return this lamp; i have purchased your brand multiple times and have had so much better experiences. i am sorry to say that, the pieces do not assemble properly and this has been disappointing. it wont be the easiest thing to return, so please let me know the best way to do so. the platform will not s**** into the first bar properly, nor will the upper s**** on the top. thank you for your attention to this matter & be well"I received a response on 11/12/24, requesting a photo of the missing piece, which does not make sense as there is no way to show that; I had inferred which piece was missing from their website photo. I responded on 11/12/24 with the requested information...no response, for reference I did send multiple photos of the "missing part". My partner, a 46 year old male who is in great shape, could NOT disassemble the lamp post/rod due to poor construction, so even if we wanted to send this back we could not. I reached out to the company on 11/13 & 11/14/24, stating I will report this as fraud, as they did not properly deliver the product which was paid, and i will do so if no response here...no way to contact the company via phone either.

    Hello, I ordered a ******* style standing lamp from Werfactory on April 11, 2024 for $179.99. The lamp arrived with only the shade, and no other parts of the lamp. I emailed the company four times over the period of a month and never heard back. (Yes, I have checked my spam multiple times). In my email I requested to receive either the missing parts, or the option to return my item. I have never received any reply from these four emails. Then I decided to send the lamp shade back, and attached a letter to it requesting a refund and noting that it cost me $68 to send the lamp shade back to them. I have still not heard anything from the company in regards to my lamp, thus I have lost $247.99 through this purchasing interaction with Werfactory, and still have no lamp. The order was #****.

    We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused to the customer. According to the sales records, we received emails from the customer in April and immediately responded. However, there may have been some technical issues that conflicted with the response. The customer was unable to recieve our response.      Hello, my name is ****** and I recently worked with you all to obtain a refund for the lamp I ordered from Werefactory. Upon receiving the refund, I realized how much I really do want that lamp and reordered it. It once again came with only the lamp shade, missing the rest of the parts of the standing lamp. I have emailed them, but I am also aware that I didn't ever receive emails back from them so I am likely not going to hear from them this time either. If there was any other company that sold these lamps, I would have gone to another company. I"m hoping that you can assist me in obtaining the rest of the lamp. Thank you.
