    I feel taken advantage of. I was pressured, coerced, and rushed over a zoom call into a decision for laser hair removal. I only wanted to get a quote. I went back to cancel the decision within 24 hours. My phone calls were ignored, so I had to go to the third party lender to file a dispute/cancel claim. The lender told me they get thousands of cancel claims for this vendor. This is obviously not a rare occurrence. Once I was finally on the phone with a rep for Ideal Image, he was very rude. He said they would not refund the money. He raised his voice, talked over me, interrupted me, etc. He brought me to tears and made me feel stupid by saying "You're not getting it" and "Stop talking". He told me I still needed to pay the approximate $2,800 balance in full with a card, even though I had no services completed. I, with much difficulty, told him I did not want their services. I told him I needed to speak with someone kinder. Someone else from corporate then called me. He at first said I would not get any money back. Then he said that I could only get $400 back due to "Escalation of the situation". Then he said I could only get $2,500 back. According to him - If I wasn't getting the laser hair removal, I HAD TO get/pay for another service. I told him if it's possible to refund that much, then it should be possible to refund it all and be done with this, because I have been coerced and brought to tears by their customer treatment. He disagreed and tried cutting me off. I still have yet to come to a resolution. I wish I had the time to look up these reviews during the Zoom call. I would not have gone through with this at all if I'd known how awful their customer service is. I have not, and will never set foot in an Ideal Image. I will tell everyone I know about this experience, so they can avoid being swindled.
