    I took my truck here for a turbo inspection and a squeaking noise in my front end. They called me and said its my ball joint its gonna cost $1300 to replace it ( if you dont know much about car parts a ball joint cost no more then $100 and it takes about an hour of labor) so I declined and said Ill come pick it up. I got there and asked to speak to my technician that did my truck and asked about the turbo because Im losing power when Im driving and he said huh turbo? So i immediately asked for them to take then $189.99 diagnostic charge off my bill for the turbo diagnostic. Then asked about the ball joint and the kid who worked on my truck said you shouldnt drive that its not safe so I paid for the oil change I got and the ball joint diagnostic ($189.99) and went on my way. Couple days go by I take my truck to Prestons auto on ********* ave and the gentleman calls me and says theres nothing mechanically wrong with youre ball joint but someone did break off a lugnut and it fell inside and youre missing a rear stud. (**** supposedly does a 26 point safety inspection with every oil change. Dont know how those 2 things passed) but I asked the mechanic at ******** auto what the price to fix a ball joint would be and he said $225 labor and parts included. So I called Richmond **** and ***** ***** (the SERVICE MANAGER) was extremely rude and ended the call cussing at me several times saying fu** you. Wouldnt NEVER EVER TAKE YOURE VEHICLE HERE.
