      On Aug 1, 2023, I made an order for two vinyl records, and paid extra for better packaging. I never received these items. My order number is ******* and I paid $100.98 total. I sent them several emails from their "ask us about this order" link. The email that pops up when I send is *********************************** I never received any responses. I actually forgot about this order, and then proceed to make another purchase on May 26, 2024 for a "pre-order" of another vinyl record. I never received that order either. It is order number ******* and I paid $36.52 total. Both orders were charged at the time of purchase.

      On July 26, 2023, I placed an order for 4 vinyl records on pre-order. It is now August 29, 2024 and I've only received one of them and that one came in February 2024. I have written many times and never get a response. The order status always says the records are expected "soon" or "in 9 days" or something and this has been the same for over a year. I think that the records were released and they didn't fulfill the order. Now they are sold out and they are claiming they are going to be back in stock someday that will never happen. I want an explanation and my money back.

      Complaint #******** - nope, not resolved in the least, they don't respond to anything. :( **********w I also found fraudulent charges on my card shortly after ordering. I was notified in time and shut it down but had to have a new card issued, etc. They (he?) are almost certainly behind that, I realize now. It would take me a minute but I could dig up the details if it would help you shut this parasite down for good. I would love a refund - I had maybe a dollar or two more of the "store credit" than the $112.20 that the last order supposedly came to - but at this point I'd happily sacrifice that if it meant bringing this criminal parasite to some kind of justice.

      Placed an order for two albums on January 17, 2024. By March 15, ****************************** stock. Requested refund for that item and was given store credit. Other item was listed as shipped. No tracking number was ever provided. No package was ever received. Inquired multiple times with no response. No other ways to contact company to get refund. Store credit is useless as items don't ship anyway.

      I ordered a record. It was a nofx album. Back ordered for 6 months. So I canceled it, and got store credit. Put that towards an authority zero album. Paid the difference after the store credit. Back ordered over a year. Canceled it. Got store credit. Put that towards a pre-order for an exploited album. It's been 3 months now.

      Ordered merchandise a year ago and it still hasnt shipped. Looks like the website is no longer functioning, and no communication from them.

      Initially, I saw they had an album I wanted so I made a purchase. I never received it and contacted the company. They told me the item was not available and that they could only give store credit. Later, I tried again to make a purchase from them. I used the "store credit" and paid the remainder. Again, I never received the item. Since then, I've made several attempts to contact them but have received no response. Because of that, I searched online and discovered they had a bad BBB rating (******************************************************************************************************************) and numerous, numerous complaints of fraud (wish I'd done my due diligence in advance). From everything I've experienced and seen, this site is a fraud and they are scamming people by taking money and never sending product. My hope is that no one else gets scammed by them.

      I placed an online order from Interpunk.com. I still have not received my order and they have not responded to emails or questions posted on their website. They charged my credit card and took my money. In addition, my credit card and email was used to open a **** club membership and purchase gift cards. I saw that this behavior was also reported in reviews on several other websites.I have order confirmation emails and order status page from the website.
