    A refund for the justified amount was provided upon request, but the original payment method used by the recipient was invalid and the refund amount was lost. A second refund for double the justified amount was processed by a new payment method as a gesture of goodwill, but the recipient refused to accept it. As part of this dispute, recipient has engaged in a digital harassment campaign lasting many months.

    Is there anyway you can contact the merchant and please advise if they are willing to unlock my online account from ********************, please? In addition, I'm also willing to write an apology letter if there is some sort of a miscommunication.

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    While I completely understand "The user's account was banned due to numerous violations of our site rules and will not be reinstated." Please be advised, I signed up for a MacRumors user account in 2013 - well over a decade ago. I have been an extremely loyal user for the MacRumors site interests. I genuinely apologize and take full accountability for the site rules being broken. I promise to follow all the rules listed in the site and I will do my best to NOT to break any rules in the future. I'm asking for one last chance to be granted to me since I feel like I was mistreated and targeted unfairly and poorly. Please consider accepting my apologies, forgive me and consider reinstating my MacRumors account.
