I was working with this payment processing company back in February, the fees they charged me were very high, so I processed my last payment with them in February. On 3/10/25, they charged me $31.95, even though I did not process any payments with them. After seeing this charge, I reached out to the owner. He apologized, said that I should not be getting charged, and then said he would process a refund for me.On 4/10/25, they charged me $31.95 again. After I saw this charge, I looked through my bank account and realized that they had not refunded me for the 3/10/25 charge. Then, I reached out to ***** (the owner) again to tell him that I had been charged again and had still not received my refund from the 3/10/25 charge. Again, he told me that he would refund me for both the 3/10/25 and the 4/10/25 charge. On 5/5/25, I checked my bank account to see if I had been refunded for either of the $31.95 charges. Upon checking, I found that not only had I not been refunded for the 3/10 or 4/10 charges, but that they had charged me $500 on 5/1/25. I am not sure what this charge was for or why it was this amount, but it was certainly not authorized.Again, I reached out to ***** (the owner) about this new $500 charge, and again he has apologized and blamed the mistake on someone else that his company works with. I have tried to reach out via call and text, but I am not able to get in touch with ****** you will see in the attached emails between myself, the owner, and his assistant, I have repeatedly asked them to cancel any kind of subscriptions that I have with them and to delete my banking information from their records. At this point, I do not trust them to refund the money as they have promised and I have placed a block on my bank account for any charges from their company.
