    I belief the staff is committing fraud. The company has not released my full security deposit even though ************ requires them to return deposits within 30 days of moving out. I moved out more than six months ago. They sent me a partial deposit but it deducted my final water bill payment which I had already paid directly to the staff. I have contacted the leasing and corporate office staff but have been unable to reach them.

A member of our division leadership has been in communication with ********* directly to resolve the issue, ensure delivery of the full refund and apologize for not meeting our service standards in this situation. In addition to expedited processing and confirmed delivery of the full refund to ****************, an additional gift was sent as a token of appreciation for Ms. ******* business and her valuable time invested in resolving this matter.

    Notably, we have taken this opportunity to review processes,implement training and quality assurance to ensure consistency in this process of our business. If for any reason **************** is not fully satisfied with the final resolution, we stand ready to assist.
