      HHHunt has fallen short where management and upkeep of properties are concerned. Specifically, HHHunt has hired non-experienced **** to manage ************************************ Homes in Raleigh, **. Non-experienced workers expected to do the same amount of work are cheaper; and, in this case, residence are suffering for it!Needless to say, the community is not what it used to be post the exit of *. *****, *. *******, and *******! The current property manager, ************, is the worst! The management office is 4-**** staffed and residents are hard pressed to get any assistance when needed! They are too lazy to answer emails or phone calls, and make countless administrative mistakes that negatively impact tenants! Property appearance has also declined!The online ****** reviews are filtered (negative reviews are scrubbed) to present the community as a 5-star community when in truth, since the old managers have been moved to the ******* location, it stands as a 2-star community due to inexperienced/poor managers! In other words, new residents are baited via deceptive marketing tactics/reviews!Regional Managers don't seem to care about residents either, which is why they are hiring low-ball **** to manage over-priced communities!All of this is UNETHICAL!

Our current property manager and the team are experienced professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of our residents. Any assertion that our staff is unqualified or inattentive is not reflective of our practices. Additionally, we understand that timely and effective communication is crucial. Our office is staffed with a team of dedicated professionals available to assist residents with any inquiries or concerns. We consistently monitor our communication channels, including emails and phone calls, to ensure timely responses.Our service team works diligently to keep the community in excellent condition, and we have a routine schedule for upkeep and repairs. We also encourage residents to report any maintenance concerns directly to our office, allowing us to address them promptly. Maintaining a clean and safe living environment is one of our top priorities. We value honest feedback from our residents and do not engage in practices that manipulate or filter reviews. In fact, we cannot filter reviews, as they are managed independently by third-party platforms like ******* We encourage all residents to leave reviews based on their genuine experiences. Our goal is to maintain transparency and continuously enhance our service based on constructive feedback.We strive to maintain the integrity of our marketing and ensure that all communications accurately represent our community.       This is the worse community in North *********. Its a crime infested , segregated community off of ****** road. The community is segregated with minorities being shoved into the Phase I units and non-minorities being placed in Phase II part of the complex. The apartment complex has 2 pools , which are respectively segregated as well. Management engages in predatory practices against its own residents. Theyve hired *** ****** as a means of keeping unwanted visitors out of the complex but instead, all theyve been doing is booting resident's automobiles under any circumstances as a means of revenue and ancillary income boost to the apartment complex. They hired a valet trash service, but threatens to charge you $40 if you leave you garbage can outside. Another service that has done more harm than good to the residents, Just recently , there was a office involved murder on the complex that management is quiet about. Anytime there is a crime (and there has been plenty), management tries its best to sweep it under the rug and not make the residents aware of the crime taking place on the property. The maintenance crew violates rules regularly. There is no drip pan on the first floor apartments to catch overflow condensation during summer months which causes the apartments to flood the inside of apartments units consistently. This has created mold that grows along the baseboard and underneath the carpet. They wont replace the carpet nor baseboard. They simply try to cover up the visible mold and not eradicate it. The gate at the front NEVER works but they advertise as a gated community. If considering this community as a place to stay, DONT DO IT. Thank me later.
