    Me and accountant has reviewed my bank statements preping for taxes, and had brought to my attention that Jumpology has been taking $69.96 out of my account since March 2023. We had gone to Jumpology once in March with our children, during that time we did get a discount for signing up for a one monthpackage, but had to purchase socks. I had purchased the one month discounted package and my husband purchased the socks. From March 2023 till January **** Jumpology has withdrew $769.56 from my bank. When reviewing online to speak to customer service I can not find a number nor a website, nor who owns Jumpology. It is not professional for any employer/employee to purposely mislead clients into what is a monthly payment not a one time month package to see if we would want to change to a yearly package, weather employees are trained to say that and select a different package is what happened. I'm very concerned that Jumpologys business ethics have not only purposely and fraudulently withdrew funds from my account but has been doing this to hundreds of other families! I am requesting the fraudulent withdrawals from April 2023 to January **** be reimbursed totally $699.69, and proof that all withdraws moving forward are canceled. Also would like confirmation that employees are not trained to mislead clients into being fraudulently charged.

    1/30/24 as of now, I still have not received any information from the business. I was in the area and see that their business name is now SkyZone but not listed as this. I would like this to be reviewed with a follow up as soon as possible!
