      Scam business that will gladly take money for a product they have no plan to actually stock, and then will do everything in their power to keep it. Be prepared to file a dispute with your card provider or bank if you purchase from Charlies

      I dont recommend this company at all. I asked for a refund a day after i placed an order and they canceled my order. 2 weeks later i still have not received a refund. They are like a ghost now and wont respond to any emails. The email 2 weeks ago said they would escalate it, but here are with no response. If you do some research this is a common issue with them. Wish i did more research before ordering from them.

      Took about 1 month for a refund after an order being requested to be canceled 15 minutes after placing it, them charging my card and then cancelling the order. Had to dispute the charge and won the dispute. I feel bad for the customer service reps as they can’t initiate refunds. This review is in regards to the person who does refunds and seems to always be too busy to deal with them. Wish the old CEO was still in charge.

      After a month and 19 emails, still waiting for a refund of a item that it never arrived. Customer service less that zero , phone call , nobody answer, chat auto computer. So far my worst experience on a web base company. Full of excuses. What they said is available, it's not.

      There should be a zero star option. CCC sold and accepted money for an item they lied about having in stock. Then instead of informing me I have to get the run around for every sales person on their team. And now Im worried Im out almost 2k because they are incompetent and cant figure out how to process a refund in 3 weeks time.Wish I would have looked here first. Ive already repurchased the same rifle from gunbroker and it shipped in 4 days! Steer clear of Commies Custom Clones.

      This was my first time purchasing from Charlies Custom Clones and I am very happy. They are OUTSTANDING in their Sales, Customer Support, and Products. They have a very thorough description on their website for the product I purchased. They were very helpful in answering my questions. The checkout process on their website was super easy. They were very thorough in keeping me informed of the status of my order from the time of purchase all the way to delivery to my front door. The item was well packaged. The product with attachments was professionally assembled and looks flawless. I highly recommend this business and thank them for their professionalism and great care in going above and beyond for their customers.

      Absolutely horrible customer service and no response on emails. Placed an order on 04/11/24 and cancelled after no shipping for 2 weeks. It is now 05/07/24 and I havent been able to talk to someone to get a refund. Do not recommend buying from this company whose excuse is that theyre a small team. A refund or cancellation for a product that never shipped should not take a month.

      Horrible service I placed an order for an in stock item on 12/16/23 on 12/30 I contacted them as per their policy in stock items ship in 5 days, they stated
      “I am not sure why your order has not moved. I will check with the warehouse team on Tuesday.” 1/2/24 I got an email saying it was now on back order, I contacted them they said they would not be restocking the item so they would cancel it 1/4/24 it was cancelled I have been trying to get a refund from them which they say takes a few days it’s now 2/2/24 and I still have not processed a refund and I feel scammed. I should have checked their BBB rating first as now I see they have an F!
