    I was excited to partner with Noble as a first time homeowner. We bought our home with a crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump. Like any older home we had some issues and started a service contract with Noble. At first the service was great, the technicians were nice and explained everything. The office staff is pleasant. However, we noticed that technicians would come to our house without an appointment and enter the crawl space without even knocking on the door. Recently, an issue with the dehumidifier arose and I called for someone to service it. The tech never made his set appointment and randomly showed up acting as if he didn’t need to communicate with me as the customer. He did not fix the issue or talk to me about the resolution. He instead said he had to come back the next morning but never did. When I called back I was told the owner, Bruce, would come out to set things right and find out what was wrong with the humidifier. He shows up takes a look and tells me he can’t help me. He said he didn’t even know what to do to fix the issue. I mentioned that when I signed up for the service contract his company took down the information and physically saw the equipment in the crawl space. He acted as if he didn’t believe me. Told me he couldn’t even suggest another company and that he wouldn’t attempt to fix the issue. He didn’t even offer to change out the dehumidifier and pump to something his company uses. To keep us as a customer. How can you agree to service a crawl space and equipment if you don’t know what the hell you’re doing or how to address a simple issue?
