    Rude and unprofessional
    ordered a tutorial by Instagram on a Friday I texted her on the following week to check why my order wasn’t sent by email because that’s the way she works she send the recipes and tutorials to your email , well her answer was kind of off !! (I attached the conversation) after that I apologize because I never try to insult her or been careles about her situation I was just asking fir my order just in case my order when to the junk on my email or under different file !
    Well now I after days i sent her a message asking her Again (Ms Gina the owner of this business ) where is the tutorial and she Block me on Instagram .
    Here is the most unprofessional business I ever buy because the tutorial was only 5 dls , she can keep them if she needed, im glad that is mot more then that ! This is the most unprofessional and abusive way to be with a costumer I never again buy anything from her you can’t trust anyone that blocked you for just a 5 dls tutorial!!! Image paying her more fir all her cake box mixes recipes !!

    I asked her on Sep 3
    Until now Sep 8 I haven’t received anything and she blocked me I have screenshot the message I send and her response

    This further proves why you should be blocked. This entire account is a total lie. You were sent your content. You were blocked for being rude. I won’t have anyone be rude to be online or lie about the fact they got what they paid for. I’ve taken the opportunity to refund you. I do not wish to do business with dishonest people who create false reviews like this. Take care.
