    On 8/23/2023, I contacted HP because of connectivitity issues with my new printer. I was connected to **** ***** who said he was with HP Professional Support. Problems were fixed, Windows 11 was installed and I was given a 3 or 5 year plan option that would, I was told, replace my ****** **** ******  Thinking I was dealing with HP, I took a 5 year plan. When I got the receipt, it was then I realized I was NOT dealing with HP but US Repairs LLC. I called the next day and offered to pay for services rendered but did not want the 5 year plan. I was told someone would contact me in 24 hours to rectify the situation. No one called. When I called back, I was told by the woman I spoke with that she was not authorized to allow me to speak to anyone in their billing department. I was told I knew what I was doing and treated rudely. Again, I was told someone would call me. As of today, no one has contacted me.

    CM called us for computer and printer services for onsite and online support in real time and was satisfied with the services. We donot have any way to charge any customer arbitrariily nor we donot have any way to get CM details without there consent, PFA the attachment of the receipt we have sent to the customer after the work is done.     CM received services for printer and computer and was satisfied with the work done, we always make sure that we deliver the services and only after that we invoice them. Now CM is complaining about not entertaining her request, we offered her a partial refund for the work that is already done, but she wanted the entire amount to be refunded. Which was not possible as our technicians have worked for over two hours with her and also gave her support over the phone and chat, as we offer 24/7 live support.

    US Repairs LLC did NOT offer me a partial refund.  As I stated in my rebuttal,  I offered to pay for their services but did not want a 5 year service plan.  That is what I requested.  I WAS and AM willing to pay for services.  They refused to tell me how much I owed .

    So now I have paid **** their services only?  I was told this was for the 5 year plan!!!

    This is way more than the service should have cost....but I have no invoice to see the actual charges!  

    Please help me find out what I actually owe!!!
