    On July 4, 2022 I purchased 2 adult tickets for the Hampton Heat to be held Saturday July 23, 2022.
    We drove down from my boyfriend's residence in Amelia County, had a suite booked *** *** & ****** on ***** ** *** and after checking in, went out for a quick supper and headed to the track. We arrived at 6:45 pm to be turned away by the ******* ******* because parking was OVER CAPACITY
    I called ********** for a refund, they tell me the venue is responsible. I spoke to ***** at the ******** and she insisted I call ********** again. I was shuffled around on recordings, only to be told they are not responsible for refunds. They are a hub who gets a service fee.
    So after playing games with ***** and *************** I am over it.
    I live on a fixed income, and when I do have a chance to go out and do something I enjoy, I don't expect to be robbed of the opportunity because someone doesn't realize if you oversell tickets, you are going to have a lot of angry people when there isn't ample parking available. I want a refund of ****** I have a screenshot to ********** in my bank from July 4th and copies of my tickets.

    On 07/28/22, I received a call from Ms. ***** informing me that she was unable to come to the event on 07/23/22 because our parking was at capacity. I did tell her that ********** will not allow me to refund tickets after Tuesday evening but that we would figure it out for her. I did suggest that she call ********** directly to see if they would credit her card since they had that information and I did not. I also called ********** and was told that they tried to credit her card and that it was no longer active. When I explained this to Ms *****, she was furious and claimed that there was no problem with her card. After several emails, Ms ****** admitted on 07/29/22 that there was a problem with her card and submitted a new card number to us via email. On Monday, August 1st 2022, her card new card was credited **** Please see the attached emails, showing that ********** and myself were both trying to help her. It is impossible to refund a card that is no longer valid. On the first business day after receiving her correct information her card was credited.
