About 6 months ago I had my Jeep come in for suspension and brake work done. First Mistake was they didn't bleed my brakes properly and left air in the system to the point where my brake pedal when all the way to the floor which is wildly unacceptable, next they finished up the front suspension where they failed to do an alignment that they agreed they would do leaving me with a nasty death wobble. Talking to the mechanic who was rude claimed I refused an alignment when I didn't mentioned the track bar was too short on my Jeep and to give credit where credit is due he was right about that. However with that being said when I had a track bar ordered for them they still failed to do an alignment which meant when I got my Jeep back it still had a wobble, the front axle was shifted so far over you can see the front springs weren't straight within the Jeep.
I had to get the district manager involved because and ended up getting a new steering stabilizer installed for free, sounds great right? Nope, I'm only running 32 inch tall tires on the Jeep which depending on the trip level is actually OEM for my JK and even with that I still developed a wobble. Turned out even after torque stripping the hardware it came loose, they only TQ'd stripped it to make it seem like they actually did their job. I still had loose hardware anyway, and that not including the the track bar they didn't install properly that lead to it coming loose as well. absolute failure of a shop. Don't come here.
