      Truck and trailer with livestock broke down coming out of the HRBT Thursday 6/8. After calling for them to come out relaying to dispatch the address they were going to in Charles City and we’re told it would be 90 minutes…2.5 hours later a wrecker shows up, hooks everything up and asks where the livestock is going, we told him the address in Charles City and he refused to tow to the address given to dispatch. He said he had already been off for and hour and dispatch told him to tow us to their Hampton lot. When we asked what we’re supposed to do with our livestock he said it wasn’t his problem and that we can call someone else and left. He left over 100 livestock and their handlers on the side of the HRBT for 6 hours. Thankfully it wasn’t hot and the livestock didn’t die while waiting for another wrecker
