    ******************* Here are the facts that I see it.
    1) you special ordered a black shower faucet, then tried to return it for a chrome faucet.
    ***** and May Supply do charge restocking fees to send special ordered material back to the vendor.
    2) The lady you tried returning the material to was with another customer at the time and you didn't have the courtesy to wait till she was done with the first customer.
    3) The black freestanding tub filler you inquired about was a ***** faucet, which is the high end line of ***** Faucet. This faucet does cost around $2000. Maybe if you would have waited for her to finish with her first customer, she could have given you an exact price or explore other optional faucets.

    We all make mistakes, so we need to own up to them and not expect everyone else to take the blame or the cost of them.
    If you would still like to return the black faucet, we can try to work something out with our ***** rep.

    1. Yes I did order the wrong faucet and wanted to exchange it for a chrome one. I expected to pay a restocking fee!!! but 40% and freight and being told I would only get about half. WOW
    2. Yes she was with another customer so I did wait. In fact I went out to the other building and filled out the paperwork and sent off a water sample. I then came back to the showroom, put the faucet on a table and started looking around. She then approached me and said I don't like seeing this (The box on the counter) and I said I needed to exchange it. SO I DID WAIT MY TURN!
    3. I inquird about the Tub faucet as she approached me about my return and I asked as maybe it would have been better to keep the black faucet I was returning and get the black tub filler. Again I did wait my turn, she came to me!!!!
    4. Have your ***** rep see what the exchange amount would be but As the President of May Supply your reply to customers was way off base. WOW, just WOW Mr. May

    May Supply did make an exception on the restocking charge and the customer did return the faucet.  This matter is now closed.
