    I waited over 2mths to receive 5 shirts that I ordered. No one ever contacted me nor were there any notes on the website asking customers to be patient on shipping times. I received the shirts on July 23, 2022 to absolutely let down. Each shirt was trash. Totally messed up. Have pictures for proof. The person that made these shirts didn't give a hoot about quality nor customer service. Yes folks make mistakes. They happen, but not five back to back to back. I inturn filled out a contact form that's posted on Ashley Potter's business seven times without receiving any type of reply. So I had to dig and I finally thought of checking Facebook for a business page and she had one. I messaged her via messenger this morning. She did reply. Told me that she would give me my money back. I was polite and nice the entire conversation {I saved our entire conversation via messenger. Can send screenshots.} She did agree that they were messed up and didn't know who made them. I stated my opinion of since the shipping time took so long to only receive my entire order totally messed up. The shirts weren't centered, bleach job was totally off, they sent me 1XL shirt with 4L when I ordered all larges. Another shirt's ink ran down below the lettering. Then, I had a time trying to settle the whole situation. The rest of it I will have to discuss with whomever over the phone due to it being easier and me not having enough designated space her on this form. Throughout the entire conversation she was going to refund my money, but when I told her at the end I would be contacting the BBB she was no longer willing to refund my money until after you guys contacted her. I would love to send the pics of the shirts and conversation between Ms. Potter. Please contact me at your early convenience. I greatly appreciate your time, help, and concern in this matter. I didn't realize until scrolling down I would have opt to attach pics. Pics of shirts&entire conversation included.

    This was not 2 months, and 4 shirts not 5. I have attached screenshots of order and time frame. I have agreed to refund the total price of $65. I will not be sending more shirts from my business to her, only a refund.  I explained to customer that my email had been changed and shopify was not notifying me correctly of any messages she may have sent between june 17th and july 25th.
