    I ordered flowers for the first time through this florist as they had great reviews online. My mom received these for her birthday in nursing home. Everyone at home thought they was from another patients room due to how they looked wilted and poor. I called flower shop to ask for manager to give my feedback as others I shown photo too said they would be very unhappy. Come to find out I was speaking to owner of florist and she said to remove her from list, don't call again and hung up. I called back to let her know about that I was unhappy and was a paying customer. She said I could send her photo in email. I told her it was poor business to hang up phone and not address concern.

    The miscommunication in the beginning or our conversation was explained and apologized for many times. I finally saw the pictures and there is nothing wrong with the flowers. They were not wilted at all.  I even called the facility and had someone go look at them and said they looked perfectly fine. I also tried to call the customer many times to resolve this issue but was ignored and my calls were not returned. My demeanor at the beginning of our conversation was not professional because the caller id said it was a telemarketer. I explained this and apologized again and again. In the matter of the flowers, they were perfectly fine for a $40 arrangement. There will be no refund.
