On October 22, 2024 the Board for Contractors issued a Consent Order regarding Gary J. Myers t/a Myers Building Contractors for the following violation; No person shall engage in or offer to engage in contracting work unless he has been licensed under the provisions of chapter 54.1-1103. Licenses are issued to firms. Whenever the legal business entity holding the license is dissolved or altered to form a new business, the original license becomes void and the firm shall apply for a new license within 30 days of the change.
