    The date that this transaction happened was on Thursday September 15, 2022. This was th day than I checked out of the hotel and the hotel illegally charged me a deposit fr daages that I dif not cause. They said that I put burn holes in the mattress and that was a lie. Prior to checking into the hotel,I was told that there was no deposit. After saying for about a month during wich due to hotel policy I was switched between 4 RMS total . The hotel after my month stay said if I wanted to continue to stay I would have to pay a $50 deposit. I tried to pay with card and the said no only cash and to bring it later The next day the told me it would be $100 cash or we would have to check out the next day. So we told them we would rather check out because they would t take the card and the kept changing the price. After we left the rm they charged our card anyway. We were back to talk to them and they had staff member show us the rm. The staff member told them that they did not believe we did the damage and that there where may mattresses with burn holes because the were telling us the mattresses were all brand new with no damage. There male housekeeper said they were lieing and once again we didn't do the damage. Instead of returning our refund the manager and his wife threw insults and lies and threats at us and then told us we would only get a refund if we washed the sheets and linens from the rm ourself and returned them at wich time they produxeda trash bag with thelinensalong with all the trash from the rm tnat day. Once again we never signed anything saying we would pay a deposit and once given the req t pay oneorleavewe left

    The consumer did not get a refund due to the fact that they stole all of the linens, including the sheets, out of 2 rooms and damaged a mattress.
