    I initially contacted Richard Pannell of ARMENHYL Group, June 2nd 2025, regarding process service of a federal summons. He quoted me $250.00 for serving one summons in the nearby county of Staunton Va. I had also been talking with another process server in Bedford County who had more reasonable prices. So, I told Richard his price was too high and we hung up. I couldn't contact any other process server for the Staunton area and ended up calling Richard back on June 3rd. He told me he could serve the federal summons by June 6th. I paid him and never heard from him again despite calling and texting from early morning until evening. Late night June 5th, I posted a negative Google review about ARMENHYL Group and within 10 minutes of posting the review He was finally contacting me. He threatened me with legal action and to void the service he wasn't going to complete. I am leaving the negative review because it is true. He defrauded me for $250.00. He has many reviews similar to mine. This guy is a scammer. I got another process server to drive 1.5 hours to serve the federal summons within 24hours and the other process server was professional. The federal court clerk said the summons wasn't even signed on the back to indicate service was attempted. Richard Pannell lied to me and defrauded me of $250.00

    This man is a liar. He has many complaints similar to mine on his google reviews for Armenhyl Group. He defrauded me intentionally.

Armenhyl Group, LLC, which is a private process server in Virginia, committed to provide a RUSH Service of Complaint and Summons to a resident in the *******, ** area. The Complaint and Summons were never served, and we have not been able to get anyone to respond to our emails ****************** *** ******************** answer the phone (for all phone numbers listed on their website, all locations, and even personal cell phones for the owner of the company, Richard Anthony Pannell, found through ****************, or return our phone calls.
