      So I had originally went to Jenkins to get my fog light for my inspection, I had been hearing my brakes screech lately so I asked them to check those too. They checked everything, fixed the lights and brakes, (so they said) made me feel like I was going home happy and taken care of. We set the appt for the inspection for that next week.
      When I came in for my inspection, it ended up being a completely different story. They ended up failing me for the same things they had “checked and fixed”, my brakes and my fog lights. So I asked him how I dialed when they just fixed them, he tried to tell me “no we just fixed your fog lights” little did he know, I kept the paper telling everything that they did. So I left and came back the next day with the paper. **** wasn’t there when I got there, and I had talked to the other gentlemen but he basically was saying he wasn’t there he couldn’t tell me what happened. **** would be back In a hour. I told him I’d come back or call back. Well mind you it was the weekend so I tried to go to the *** to report them, they were closed, which led me down to the police station. The police said to let them know I contacted them, to see if that would push them towards getting a resolution. It did quite the opposite in fact, **** started yelling as soon as I brought them up “THEYRE NOT GOING TO DO NOTHING” so I yelled back and said “YES THEY WILL, I’ll make sure of that” and hung up.
      Since then I’ve called the state police and waiting for a call back from them, I’ve looked at all the reviews as well, they do this to everybody. Including braking their car parts and more leading them to have to spend more money. I went and got a second opinion, he said they definitely didn’t work on my brakes, so I’m wondering what did they do for that 2 and a half hours that my car was in the shop. I’m pretty sure they broke the fog light assembly that they failed me for as well. My fog lights both work, but the cover to one is missing.

      My car was towed to this shop june 27th 2023 I picked up my car on August 24, 2023 upon arriving to retrieve my car. I noticed that they were jumpstarting the battery which took place for about 15 minutes. ******* informed me that the car was fine that he drove it. 15 minutes here and there .. The misfire was bare minimum and it wasn’t overheating anymore. My car was full of pollen it looked it hadn’t been looked at .. 5 mins down the road the misfire started happening 15 more minutes down the road my car started overheating. I was on the phone with ******* asking him. How is this with my car was supposedly fixed and they informed me that he drove it around and that it was completed and no longer overheating. I broke down on the side of the road 20 mins after leaving the shop now my car was overheating. I called ******* to inform him only thing he said to me was sorry. Mind you I couldn’t even get my nine-year-old daughter off the bus because I was broken down. I paid $386 for my car to be exactly how I took it into the shop on June 27. The said I’ll have the owner contact you I called 20 times to speak to this owner 5 days later still no word from the owner
