    ****** ********, Flownation, was originally contacted on 9/21/21 regarding information for a September 2022 wedding. The contract was completed on 10/4/21 with a deposit of $800 paid on that date. The final payment was made on 7/20/22 of $900 for a total of $1700. In return I was to receive drone footage, a 6 minute short film, and a 1.5 hour full wedding video. To date, 8/16/23 I have received only 1 hour of footage from my ceremony, no other parts of the day and no drone footage. I have repeatedly tried to contact Mr. ******** in regards to simply receiving the raw footage from my wedding with either no response or continual delays. I simply ask for my raw footage so that I may have the memories from my wedding day. If this footage has for some reason been corrupted or is unusable, I ask for a partial refund considering I did not receive the complete package that was paid for.

    It has been 9 months and I have received no video. The past 5 months I've messaged 12 times with no response. I was not rude at all but simply asked for updates. The one thing I've always wanted for my wedding was a wedding video to have to remember the day more than simple pictures. My husband worked extra hard so he could pay $1700.00 for me to receive my wedding video and now my dream of having that seems to be down the drain. My husband and I have been together since we were 14 and we have nothing to remember our big day after we waited 9 years to be married. It's very depressing we are being ignored and not receiving any of what we paid for. I do not understand how this business isn't shut down at this point with how many peoples lives they are messing with. The contract states 8 weeks you should get your video back, but I waited longer in hopes to get something back and now it's too late to hire a lawyer. Don't waste your time or money on this company. Mind you he asked me to put my deposit down so he could buy his family a puppy... that should've been my first sign of ignorance from the owner.

    My wedding was 08/22/2021. We did the 8 hour package for $2400.

    But I ended up with just photos about 5 months AFTER the wedding and here we are a few days away from being a year and I still haven't gotten the rest of my package including the videos and album.

    I didn't have any photos of just myself the bride and definitely don't have photos of everything I wanted.

    I've been trying to contact them the entire time but it was alot of excuses and now.. it's been since May since they have even opened a ******** message or email from me and won't respond.

    This is unacceptable!!! The main reason we hired them was because they had the packages for both photos and videos. I was extremely set on a video for our once in a lifetime event just like my parents had. This is seriously so heartbreaking!!! Stop this nonsense and give people what they paid for!!!
