    One person spoke English and stayed in the truck. Four others did not speak English. One man pit our grill on a dolly on its side and spilled grease on the driveway and garage floor. They then used the same dirty dolly for boxes. They put boxes on a brand new couch and got grease all over the couch in two places. They also gouged the wood in several places of a sleigh bed. After a month of stalling and delays, the owner said he is not sure he can reimburse for any damages! Never apologized. Perhaps they should be investigated for using undocumented immigrants who apparently they don't train. Disgusted, Stay Away from them.

    I went to this gentleman's home myself to make repairs. Attached is another false review he left online. I have responded to him offline asking he make honest reviews instead of gross, belligerent falsities.
    STAY AWAY. Worst company I ever dealt with. 4 of 5 movers did not speak English. (You only paid for 4 men, you even told me you spoke english to at least 1 of the workers) Ruined a brand new couch by putting filthy boxes on them. (Far from ruined. Office offered to come out and you only wanted 1 of 2 companies to clean. We tried for 2 weeks to get them. I came to your house Thursday, I would have come right away. You cleaned instead of us. I cant even see the stains but you want new cushion covers and arm covers. We received the quote hours AFTER I left your residence. You didnt give time to even pay that before writing this false review). Gouged and scraped a sleigh bed (We discussed the right way to fix this, which is 20 years of wear, and you did not want the footboard taken to be repaired, just wanted cash), left charcoal grease all over brand new garage floor (Your grill grease, not anywhere near as dark as oil stains from your car in the garage. Ashley did come out and cleaned, but you didnt mention that). Delay tactics over a month to repair or compensate (No delay, you didnt want us, wanted a new couch or companies that didn't respond). Which they have not. (Again, just got quote) Owner came over to supposedly help. (Wow) Tried to hide gouges in bed with minwax crayons. (Totally dishonest. As described above, we discussed before you said for me to try it. I said the right way to fix was take footboard to refinisher to sand and stain). Said he could not see stains that bad in couch. (First honest thing you have said) BECAUSE I SPENT TEN HOURS MYSELF CLEANING THEM. (It could have been different if you let us handle it). He couldn't tell if they could pay for any of it. (Your were reaching for monetary compensation out of thin air like you got to choose. You chose a valuation coverage before we moved you dictating how much damaged items are valued. You rudely interrupting me to snap "are you paying me or not?!? over and over again" is not the same as not answering, and I did answer you, over and over again). Brand new couch ruined (false), garage floor stained forever (by oil stains from a your car and grease stains from your grill), and a gouged bed (years of wear, and I even offered to fix). WORTHLESS COMPANY (totally dishonest review).

    After numerous conversations regarding the two quotes, actual work completed and overage for supplies, I haven’t heard from this company since my move in November. Maybe what the employee told me was accurate! Great employees, very friendly and would move every last item if requested (of course that adds to the time needed to complete the move)! But, management only says what he thinks you want to hear. Very disappointing when it comes to “the numbers” and time accounted for with breaks and lunch (which I provided!). This must be where you come for the real recommendations/ratings.

    It is disappointing when a customer puts dishonest information on social media. I received her email on Sunday, 11/12 at 1207pm and I replied on Monday at 836 am with my cell number. There were 2 estimates provided, 1 with moving boxes and 1 with the customer moving her own boxes. The crew leader informed me we moved about 1/2 of the boxes and the invoice was between the 2 estimates, about as accurate as you can get. Mrs requested that each 10 minute break was refunded and we sent her a check for 1/2 hour of billed time on the 15th. We worked hard to make this customer happy and I am disappointed an honest review was not submitted.

    This moving company from my experience caused me a nightmare, because they damaged my property and stole my much-needed meds and also my belonging sat on a warn truck for days before being delivered to my new home.
    The manager Higgins and maybe owner of the company did not respond to my insurance claims against his moving company which is kind of like being in Russia. When he did respond after I wrote a review, he called me a lair and said " you don't know who I am" nor do I care.
    Sheriff department and an attorney recommended me to take the company to civil court. The movers while my goods were in their possession opened my sealed moving boxes and found valuable prescription drugs of mine in one of the boxes and stole them. Now management will not admit this is what happens even though I saw the employee with my open box of medicines with him looking at the meds. Now my name gets slandered just like everyone else who tell the truth about The Other Moving Company on different review sites.
    Worst of all I am having a problem finding a new doctor where I moved, and my old doctor 250 miles away won't prescribe medicines without me seeing him in person.

    This was part of a family estate being dispersed to 3 heirs. We moved the entire estate to 3 different states. We stored his valuables on a truck for a few days per his request giving him time to handle business and drive home to meet us. He called and left me a message about an opened box of medicine during the delivery. I received the message the next morning, called each member of the crew, and called the customer back immediately. We had a good conversation about his move and all was well except for the opened box was sitting in the floor of the truck as he walked by. While we were on the phone, a review was posted on Google stating I would not return his call about this open box. I asked about the review and why he would post that while we were talking! I asked him to edit his review as it was obviously false, and he declined. I asked how I was to believe him over my staff when he was posting false statements online and he screamed "you don't know who you are dealing with, I will buy a billboard on the highway and destroy your company!" I called his sisters and asked if there was something wrong with him and if they could speak to him. He has since posted at least 4 different reviews on Google alone with different stories on each. This is the first time dealing with such a situation and hope he finds professional help.

    Horrible! Moved us July 3, 2023. Damaged multiple pieces of furniture. Filed claim day of service and still unable to resolve as of September 5. Have called multiple times, sent emails and cannot get anyone to call us back. They say the Corporate office is evaulating our claim, but they are unable to provide a number or transfer to the corporate office. Absolutely unreal customer service. We want our furniture fixed!

    "Horrible". this move was far from horrible. This move was on July 3rd and the estimate was $***** an the invoice was $*****. We used 5 men and 2 trucks. I have pictures of (3) damaged items and the claim form. Mr was happy with us and was responsible for directing us during the move. he noticed an office chair at origin that we had not moved yet. the arm fell off the chair as we were getting ready to wrap it with a moving blanket. Mr. saw it and of course said "don't worry about it". Next day Mrs. said we are going to worry about it and has claimed $*****0. Mrs complained to me about boxes being put in garage, but Mr instructed us to put them there. Varnish missing from a dresser appeared to be from a box stacked on it (packed by owner) leaking a fluid that took the stain off. No dollar amount was claimed on our form, but said it was part of a $****** set. It was not raining and we have no fluids in the back of our moving truck. certainly not from "tape" put on the top of a moving dresser. The entertainment center has a piece of particle board on the back of the top that is frayed (separating) and appears it could be fixed with glue and a clamp and some white paint. I offered and could easily fix it but claiming $********. No additional insurance was purchased and therefore items are insured at $0.**/lb. Our post move satisfaction survey was marked "excellent" by the husband at the conclusion of the job. I have offered to fix the furniture, but $***** is the requested compensation for the claim.
