    The charge of $44.00 was billed to my credit card on 9/5/2023, The session was not to start until 9-9-2023 HOWEVER, I cancelled the services on 9-6-2023 (I cancelled three days before the sessions were to start). I also emailed the ascension coach on 9-6-2023 informing her that I was NOT going to be able to make the session as I will be away on the dates (9/9, 9/13,9/16, 9/23, and 9/30/23) and therefore had cancelled all of the sessions on 9/6/2023 moments after I'd placed the order. I have all the email cancellations. It is very dishonest of Twin Flame Universe and the ascension coach to charge my card after I cancelled the sessions and the services were NEVER rendered!!!

    I am attaching the credit card statement showing the $44.00 charge and on the statement it shows the ****** email address along with the telephone number. TFUfinancial - stands for Twin Flame Universe (regarding the email address).  I am also sending the cancellation receipt ,which shows the services were cancelled days  prior to the start date.  I also have an email from the coach in which I informed days prior that I cancelled the session and would not be attending. That email I have not uploaded as your system stating I reached the max ******* if I need to send that email I have it to send. Not sure if the address is correct however the email and the phone number is correct as that appears directly on my bank statement.
