    Paid this business to fix my sons cell phone. I was told on the day of pick up 12/21/2022 that if there were any issues after having my son try it out at home within two weeks to bring it back and it would be taken care of. Took the phone back on Friday morning 12/23/2022 because the screen was no longer working on the phone and they told me that they couldn't help that I would have to pay to have the phone repaired again. After a back and forth with the employee and getting yelled at by this employee there they then refused to fix the phone at all.

    The consumer brought the phone in for repair. We repaired the phone as requested. The consumer was asked to verify that the phone was working. The phone was tested by the consumer and verified that it worked before she left. A couple days later the consumer came back stating that the phone wasn't working. Upon looking at the phone we could see that there was physical damage to the phone. We explained that the damage that is currently there wasn't there when the consumer left, if they wish for the phone to be fixed they will have to pay for the repair.
