    I sent my ECU which is supposed to have a 1-3 day turn around and like dozens of other people who have used *************************** service (tunedbyfrost / efiperformance) have not recieved any sort of contact from him. He has my money and my cars computer which leaves me with a non running vehicle. A simple email would be great, or a change of information on the website stating that the service is no longer available. The only way people have gotten their ecu back since December *********************************** his area and filing charges.

    On April 24 I mailed a package containing two car computer to be programmed, the package was received on April 27 at this address according to the tracking numbers, EFI Performance, *****************************************************************************. Still waiting for the computers, phones are not working and not replies to my email, seen that I'm not the only one with this issue. This was paid in full. The website still active and the same with ******** and Instagram. I'm asking for my package back and I will find someone else to do the job, You can review on ******** others complins with my same issue. I'm only asking from them is to send my car computers back, this is wrong collecting money and not providing the service.

    on 12/23/22 i shipped my cars ecu to **************************************************************************** to have a tuning service $250 done by *************************** (tunedbyfrost.com) same day turn around was advertised. it has now been 3 weeks and i have tried to contact him in every way possible. the ecu is needed to use my car so i don't have transportation right now. I'm not concerned about the $250 but need to receive my ecu back. I've contacted his local police and am not being helped very much. please help me get my ecu back so i can drive my vehicle.

    I sent my vehicle ECU and *** to ***************************** the owner on October 29th it was supposed to be a 1-3 day turn around the only email I have received from ****** is that he was sick and would get my ECU and TCU out on Monday that was a week and a half ago and I have not heard a single word from him since I have emailed and even called (the phone number doesn't work) I want my property back and if it's not tuned I want a refund as well....
