    I had to swipe my card for the purchase of a firearm before they could do a background check in order to leave with the merchandise. My background came back in research and it was the weekend so it was no way to leave with the firearm that day. So me and **** the representative had a discussion about possible options. He told me before I left the gun show in ******** VA that he would ensure I got my return. Its been over a week still no return. However I have reported this to my bank, the bigger issue was the amount of aggression and rude tone when I called **** about the return this past Tuesday and Thursday. He said I was being inconvenient for returning something although its not in my possession and I drove 3 hours to go to that show. **** and his co worker or manager are both into intimidation saying things like we dont have to give you your money back, saying things that would suggest they have more power than the customer. They will hang up in your face and treat you like dirt unless you are spending money. No common courtesy whatsoever.

    Customer has received a refund when asked. Customer has harassing our business and calling with threats. Customer has acknowledged that it has been seen in the corresponding account but its not in his bank which it is out of our hands. Advised Customer to contact bank to why it hasn't been credited. The refund has been sent since this complaint.
