    I ordered 10 boxes of 6 pack ****************** shots from their website on Thursday Sept 26th. I paid $322.91, and paid for 2 day air shipping. Today, two boxes arrived.. one was completely empty with just crumpled paper inside with a b.s. packing list, and the other had a "face mask" in it. This is some kind of serious fraud as I paid $322.91 to these guys. I tried reaching out to their support email and the email also bounced. Please advise what action I can take to receive a refund from these guys! thank you

    I was able to reach the owner of the business, and he has since issued a full refund for the products that were never delivered. The issue seemed to stem from the 3rd party vendor the items were supposed to get dropped from. Please mark my complaint as resolved amicably.

    I ordered supplements from the Living Well Today International website: ************************************** on July 16. I received an order confirmation email but no shipping information. After a week, I emailed the email address on their website asking for an update and received an "email undeliverable" message. I tried submitting a form on their website to contact me and received nothing back. I tried calling their offices and all the lines are disconnected or off. I visited their ******** page and emailed/messaged there and received undeliverable messages. I did a ****** review search and have read MULTIPLE recent reviews about fraudulent activity. You order from their site and never hear from them again.

    Order was refunded. We sent an email and called back in June due to the product being on a vendor backorder asking if she wanted a refund or to wait. Never heard back. I have now refunded the order and should post in 48 hours. I have no emails or anything in our call log about her trying to contact us back
