      On Monday, June 26 I paid my local *** to expedite a package to my daughter at college. I paid $12 to ship the package overnight.She was out of town on a school trip when the package was delivered on Wednesday June 28 and picked it up today June 29. They charged her a pickup fee of $10. At no point was it disclosed if I shipped to another UPS store there would be a pickup fee. And, the pickup fee is egregious for holding onto a package for about 24 hours. There is no way I would have shipped the school materials she needed for class for $22 - the replacement cost for the items would have been far less.In addition, there's no way to file a claim for this money on their site without two numbers that were on a piece of paper I threw away once I confirmed delivery at the destination store. So yet another blocker for the customer to file a claim directly with them.They need to reimburse me for the fee that they never disclosed.
