      Went here to get my car fixed from an accident. I was told I could come back if there was anything wrong. They told me they guarantee their work. Well after about a little over a month my paint has started to chip. Went by there and spoke to the manager, ***********************. She said it looks like a rock or debris could have chipped it and that it is not covered under their guarantee to fix it. My issue is that when i picked up my car I was told that they guarantee their work. This was literally like a month or so ago not 6 months ago and they will not make it right. I also was told while my car was in the shop getting repaired, they would do an alignment due to the type of accident I had. After a couple of weeks after i had picked my car up from Loyalty ******************, i took my car for service and was told i needed an alignment, they even showed me that it needed an alignment. I called to let loyalty west end know that i had to pay for an alignment when they was supposed to have done it during the repairs and got the run around two times. ****, another manager would not call me back regarding that situation. I would suggest no one use Loyalty ****************** for any repairs. They do not stand behind their work or words.
