      I have purchased vinyl replacement from LEI Home Enhancements, and they completed the work before the end of October 2022. The sidings looked great at first. Shortly after it was completed, there were a couple of minor issues probably due to poor workmanship. The wind blew a siding lose and it popped out of the trimmings. I called ***** from LEI and he sent technicians out to resolved it. Then a couple of weeks went by, and the same thing happened. They also came out and begrudgingly fixed the problem. However, on 9/12/24 a burst of wind blew out a piece of the channel J trimming. I called the ***** again, and he said he longer works for the company and suggested that I called the support number. I called the number; however this guy is not as friendly as ***** and said they are not responsible if it was blown off by the wind and suggested that I work with my insurance. Upon inspection, I noticed none of the nails from the channel J trim were anchored to any supporting studs because there weren't any and they did not bring it to my attention during the installation process. All they did was use ****** Tyvek tape to tape the channel J against the insulation foam. I contacted LEI Home Enhancements but they would not answer my calls, so I left them voice mails, which they did not return. I sent them text and it was not returned and I also contacted them via their ******** page and left a message with a video of their flimsy installation. The channel J trimming fell not because of act of God, it fell due to poor workmanship! I should not have contacted my insurance for their poor-quality work. For now, I just use duct tape to hold it in place.

      We had all of our windows replaced by LEI in June 2023, so it has been well over a year. The initial salesperson came to review the windows features and excellent warranty. He measured all of our windows and gave us an estimate quickly. They are well built solid windows. We got black windows and I LOVE the look! The caulk looks just as good as it did day one. I have had zero issues with any part of the window at all. Thinking back to our installation I recall the install crew to be exceptionally courteous, and fun if I'm being honest. They were super respectful of our home, completed the job in a timely manner, and left without a trace. We also had a window that was originally a large picture window that we split into two windows. The crew framed up the window and finished it off very nicely. I appreciated the extra effort considering we didn't have the skill to do the job ourselves. We did have one screen that had a scratch on the frame when it was unboxed and the crew immediately put in a request to have a new screen sent. It arrived quickly and was installed with the same expeditious, courteous service. If I must pick something I wish was different I wish the garden window came in black. But, it's in the back of the house and it does a great job growing our herbs and veggies. We were advised that we could paint it to match if we wanted, which we still may do. All in all I would highly recommend LEI for windows.

      I purchased windows in 2021. A seal broke on one of the windows in my kitchen. I have been trying to get it replaced. They ordered the wrong window and was slated to installed it was on May 24, 2022 unable to install wrong side. As of September 22, 2022 no window. I was told it would be today. No communication. The warranty included that the window would be replaced without expense. I was told I would have to pay. If it is included in the warranty its not fair to me to pay again for the same service. I paid off my windows and I expect better service than what I have been receiving. I would like to get my window fix or reimbursed the cost to have Window Nation come and replace the window.
