      Hello. I purchased the domain name ************************** from ******* ********* some time ago, and my business has since closed. Earlier in the year, I began getting emails from ******* ********* saying I needed to update my credit card information in order for my domain name to be renewed. The credit card they had on file expired in February 2021. While I do still have my credit card, I didn't provide my updated expiration information because I didn't want to renew the domain name. On November 2, 2022, I noticed a $39.99 charge by ******* *********. I called them on November 3, 2022, and let them know they didn't have the authority to charge an expired card. They saw the error and said I would be refunded. However, on December 15, 2022, I noticed I was only refunded $29.99. I called the company, and they said I couldn't get back the $10 because it was a processing fee. I should receive all of my money back since they had no authority to make the charge.

      Run Away do not Walk this is the parent ******* of ******* Solutions and Store front August 19th, 2022 This ******* is the parent ******* of ******* solutions and many of their deceptive Mafia Like *******'s. Once you give them your financials you are a slave forever. Try to cancel and not only will they not cancel but will continue to charge your bank or credit card-s as a reoccurring charge and even fight with your credit card companies. When you call to cancel before the due date for another year, they will bounce you around and try to intimidate and wear you down so you will not continue to fight to get your hard-earned money that they took from your card without notice until after the fact normally 90 days before it is even due, talking about scammers well this is what you will deal with. I have spent close to 50 hours, yes 50 hours fighting them and now they when I call put me on eternal HOLD last call sat on hold for 2 and a half hours before my cell phone battery died. This is big business scamming at its worst.       On 5/4/22, Network Solutions sent me a renewal notice for what I thought was my domain. My domain is entropylimited.com, the only one I have with Network Solutions. I have had it for at least 25 years. I did not notice that Network inserted a period between the 2 words and charged me $39.99 to 'renew' a domain they invented and which I never owned. I might not have noticed except that last week they did an 'automatic' renewal to my credit card (I never ever had established 'automatic renewal') for my correct domain entropylimited.com, for $42.99. I then looked at the invoice for 5/4/22 and noticed that in very small type at the bottom the domain had entropy.limited . They have assigned me a domain that I never purchased!I am DEMANDING repayment of the $39.99 to my credit card for the 5/4 fake charge. I also want the 'automatic renewal' removed for entropylimited.com. I have tried to communicate to the company but ******************************************* sends back automatic messages that they don't read the messages, and *************************************** has not responded. Also, when I have called twice I was told it is too late for them to refund the $39.99 on the domain they assigned to me fraudulently. I believe there is a longer statute of limitations than on fraudulent business practices than their 30 days. They make it virtually impossible to reach them. They are running a scam operations and hold many many domains. This is a DISGRACE!I have requested a chargeback. If possible, I would like BBB to notifiy the appropriate government agency of what Network Solutions has done here, which is FRAUD.

      The business, Network Solutions, did agree to my chargeback.  Thus I have the refund that I was seeking.  I did not, however, receive any form of contact from the company, or an apology.
