    I have an account with ********************** of Repair. I have tried to reach the company and get service since Friday December 6, 2024. Despite leaving numerous message that the two representatives are were helping other and would return my call, I have not been contacted. I visited the company's website and my email was not deliverable.This company does not deserve an A plus rating and may not be in business.

    *** *******, were sorry for this delay. You have been with us a very long time and I know this is the first time you have encountered such a problem with us . For some reason your phone number has had our number blocked when we have tried calling you back. Not sure why. As far as our website having messages undeliverable . We have fixed this issue. We had a few customers let us know their messages were not going through and we appreciate your letting us know this .

    I am so unhappy with this company i had them for over two years and had no problem then i get an email that says my won't work i call & call my statement shows paid for *** ************ so now what I have a problem and the won't help ******

    Mrs. ******** the problem as you in your own words stated was not on our end. You had apparently switched cards or locked your existing bank card, so our system was not able to properly process your payment. The email alerts you kept getting from us were automated, meaning it was the system letting you know that the card you had on file, for whatever reason, was not allowing us to process payment. I'm sorry we lost you in such a way, by no fault of ours or yours.

    This company assigned my laptop repair to a contractor, who returned it with a cracked screen. Even though the contractor admitted that the screen was not cracked when it left my possession, but there when it returned, neither the contractor nor Geeks on Repair are accepting responsibility. The annoying boss/dispatch just said "Take me to small claims court and hung up". Oh, and before he writes one of his rambling epistles where he tries to besmirch the complainant, let me add that I paid their bill in good faith before noticing the crack.
