      I made a purchase 2 years ago. The awning motor failed. They came and took the motor and it's been more than a month. I've called multiple times per day to get this resolved and they just don't answer the phone. I am unable to use the product and the component that is under warranty has not been repaired or replaced. Zero customer service. Terrible company. I will consult with bbb and an attorney.

      NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

      THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR RESPOND IN ANY WAY!!

      Very expensive. And in the first few months of ownership, the wind sensor made it retract and tore the awning with one of the arms sticking through. Can't function now. When I asked about warranty this is what I was told: "Warranty covers hardware, motor and installation. My suggestion is to simply file a claim with your home insurance and they will approve replacement for your no problem." Of course that will require paying the deductible and the increase premiums because I would've filed a claim. Most unsatisfactory.

      I paid a down payment for 3 screens to be installed on my NOVA back porch (June 2022) - what a debacle!! After my down payment, issues arose up to now. No communications, late installations, no communications, paid balance, but realized one wrong screen (mis-sized), LONG no communications, filed complaint with BBB and County Court, still no communications. January 2023 new screen delivered. STILL waiting for $$ difference from original screen purchase to current ~$800. Crickets !!!!

      Love the product, installer/owner - not so much!
