    I have been a client for over 7 years and their support services continue to decline in quality. They host my website and email services. In the last 2 years they have made changes and did not inform their users. It takes days to get help. Today is June 19th I have been in CHAT sessions for 3 days. I now get emails back saying that they Fixed the problem. I cannot even change my password !!! All I get from chat is more links....nothing works. Now, I get a Gateway time out when Namesecure takes my password change to their 3rd party....it says it is timing out from Namesecure's side. I just paid my renewal and I have crap to deal with. There is no help, just endless chats.....no one there can help a client. I am very disappointed and angry; DO NOT consider their services until you check them out. PS, chat gave me an email address to get direct help...I wrote, 23 hours later they replied with nothing of value...when I replied I got an email from billing dept telling me NOT to write them. Are they now crooks or idiots ????
