      Our experience with this company was an absolute nightmare, thanks to their abysmal customer service and lack of any clue of what they were doing. The representatives were dismissive and rude, treating us like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Josh, the sales manager didn't care to respond to us, only at his convenience and when he wanted more money.
      When the project began in March 2023, the lack of communication and transparency reached new heights. They were unresponsive to our concerns. Any attempt to get updates on the progress or address issues was met with indifference and excuses. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the quality of their work or our satisfaction as a paying client. It was clear the "project manager," Sam, had no idea what he was doing. We had to tell him to get inspectors to come after we realized they had no plans of doing so. It's a good thing, because his management of the work failed 3 times before they got it right.
      The final result (Aug 2023) was far from what we had hoped for. A total lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the remodel. The cabinets were damaged on installation and are still damaged after completion. It was evident that they were more interested in taking our money than delivering a satisfactory outcome.
      The GM, John, reached out after completion (to ask for the rest of the money that we withheld because of the damaged cabinets that they did not replace) and we we told him about the horrible experience. He didn't even respond until several weeks later threatening that if we do not pay the remaining, our warranty will not be valid.
      In the end, we regret ever choosing this kitchen remodeling company. Their customer service was beyond disappointing, and we wouldn't wish this experience on our worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.
