    Charged cash for paint and flooring (28,500.00 townhouse, did not prep walls, empty house). Hired outside workers w/o approval to do "extra" work, and forwarded us the cost. Did work that wasn't agreed on, His car was towed, after telling him not to park at location, sent us the $400.00 bill. His work was very low level. Promised to do the work in the contract but did not fulfill. Continously harrassed us for more money via text for work that was not done, not approved and not qualified to do. Cleaned paint tools in our grass/destroyed, Charged 2500.00 to power was, did not power wash. Charged $600.00 to replace two outside faucets that was not discussed and he kept the second one which cost $60.00 He showed up at the house unannounced causing issues with our new tenants. In contract, said free waste and materials disposal, and charged us nearly $500.00 plus trash bags. I could go on about the poor and unethical practices he has. I have pics and witnesses to this very bad experience
