    I was contacted by Eastman and Pearse in regards to them assisting our company in being a GSA vendor. Their agreement required a downpayment in return for their assistance. In reviewing their agreement, it does not communicate requirements for qualification for this program. After months of "working" with them and providing them the information they requested, we were told that we "likely would not qualify". At this time, we have not been disqualified. I have made multiple attempts to contact our representative, as well as requesting contact for a supervisor. I have not gotten feedback in weeks. I have been unable to request a refund. I have been unable to speak to anyone in regards to my issue. This is unacceptable.

It is our understanding that we will continue to work on your GSA application and that we will be submitting the application to GSA as soon as it is completed. At this time, we believe that there will be no qualification issues. In the unlikely event of a rejection from GSA, we have agreed to refund you in full or resubmit the application at your direction. You will also contact the Better Business Bureau and advise them that your complaint has been resolved as stated above. Thank you for your assistance in this regard.

    On February 1, 2023 we paid $6500.00 to Eastman and Pearse for aide in completing an application for a GSA contract. Invoice number ******/Payment number *****. We were told that the application process would take between 30 and 90 day to complete depending on our response time. During the first two weeks of February, we communicated by email with the multiple departments of the company. Each time someone would email a request for information we would promptly reply with the answer or document. We have communicated with five different people regarding the steps to getting this application going. Everything was moving along until February 17th. We received an email requesting information, which we again promptly replied with the info requested. We waited a few days to get instructions with the next steps due, it did not come. We since have sent multiple emails copying all five people that we have communicated with during this process. We have also left multiple voicemails asking them if they received the information from us and what the next step is. As of March 14th we have had no reply or no call back from anyone in almost 30 days. Again, we were told if responsive when the ball was in our court total application time was possible to be 30 days. As a small business we are not able to afford this much down time without any idea of when we would see results from our investment. Especially with not having any response from this company in almost 30 days. This process is not been anything close to what we were told when it was sold to us and would like a refund.

    Eastman and Pearse has been consistently working with ******** ********** on completing their services. Two portions of their service have been completed at this time (SAM and State Registrations). The most recent contact was this week on May 2nd where our team contacted them to discuss the next steps. After reviewing their account, we found that they have not expressed any issues up to this point. In reading their complaint there seems to be some dissatisfaction but they have not communicated that with us. We are willing to accommodate them in any way, whether it be to continue with their services or to refund their purchase.  They just need to let us know what their preference is. Unfortunately, we did not receive the notification of the complaint when it was made, otherwise we would have responded right away to alleviate any issues. Thank you.

    Good Afternoon,

    After the initial claim (#********) was made on 3/14/2023, we received an email from our Readiness Advisor on 3/17/2023. We have received follow-up emails every week since. With the help of our Advisor we have completed some of the process to date, since the initial claim was filed. We will continue to work with our Advisor to complete the rest. 

    You can close this case, and if possible update their rating, as we are now happy with the results we have been seeing since the claim date.
