DC Tech It has been a tremendous life changer to a under served market. People who could not get internet had their location assessed and now they are up and running with the latest in technologies allowing them access to the worldwide web as well as dependable phone service Mr. Chappell is a most impressive leader in the "can do" philosophy of business. He has connected those who depend on their health being monitored to their guardian's phone system to be able to avoid emergencies or respond quickly to danger. DC Tech IT led me to my new phone service and great 5G phones that have been such an improvement and I no longer need to use my laptop and can be completely mobile if I so choose. On his counsel, I chose to install a home security system which has given us peace of mind. The IT classes he now teaches to all ages has opened new life enriching paths to those once afraid or frustrated as they were left behind in the dark of the IT world. Now they can have confidence and go to many new levels as they explore the world of computers and bring the latest tech into their homes.
Having DC Tech on board has been life changing for many of my friends and family. I live two hours away but that does not stop DC Tech from reaching out with the latest in technology and the consultations provided.

DC tech is an exceptional company run by Derek Chappell who is truly the most polite and the most incredible person to work with. He is thorough and does an excellent job following up. He has gone out of his way every single time we’ve needed help to help us. He is truly good at running a company. I highly recommend DC Tech! Their internet is fast and reliable, unlike all others I have tried. What a relief to finally be able to do work from home. (Wish we had this during Covid.) The streaming tv has much better clarity and sound than the satellite tv we had in the past. And the trial offer was actually free, with no small print disclaimers. DC Tech is a great business! Derek came out and set up a business mesh for me coming off of a Starlink System, and then a link to my daughter's house next door with a separate mesh system for her. He did a great job, and we believe that he is going to provide a great service to the Carroll/Grayson, etc. County areas. He certainly knows what he is doing. He fully understood all of the hardware and software that was involved, was punctual and did not let any obstacles get in his way. He will certainly be our go-to guy in the future.
