      Repair shop provides terrible service. There is one particular employee that lied to us for weeks about our equipment there for repair. We finally got tired of waiting over a month and went up there to take our equipment somewhere else. We found out it never even made it into the shop like they claimed and every bit of information we got was a lie. This employee said that both my husband and I were lying about phone conversations that we had with this man lying and being incredibly rude. He even went as far as to tell me " I'm retired I'm not even supposed to be working here" when I confronted him about not having our address after giving it to him on 3 different occasions. I would never recommend the repair shop here to anyone. The manager wasn't interested in fixing the issue as he didn't care about seeing the proof I had in front of him to show that his employee was lying and rude. Save yourself some time and go to a small engine repair shop that isn't going to lie about repairs, call you a liar and waste your time.
