  Working with ***, Stevi, and everyone at Garden Sanctuaries was an absolute breeze. We initally brought them in to tackle our steep driveway with new stone slab steps, and not only did they totally nail it on the first try, but they kept us in the loop the whole time, really making sure they were bringing our vision to life.But what really impressed us was what happened two years later a tree crew accidentally damaged a part of the installation. We called up Stevi, and just like that, they were on it, making everything look perfect again in no time.Over the last few years weve also had them refresh our garden beds with the easiest-to-care-for plants, add additional landscape lighting and help with standing water on the property they just get what were looking for every single time at hard to beat prices. I know they will stand behind their work.I can't imagine choosing anyone else for our outdoor needs. Garden Sanctuaries consistently delivers excellent work and maintains great communication throughout the process.   Garden Sanctuaries removed most of an existing paver driveway to allow for a drainage pipe to be placed under it, then reinstalled and added a section that roughly doubled its size. My experience working with them was frustrating from start to finish due to workmanship and incredibly poor communication. I had concerns almost immediately because the steps outlined on their website were being skipped or done out of order. I brought this to their attention but was told everything would lay flat and come out right, however that did not prove to be true. The foundation was not properly laid or compacted and our driveway was uneven, sank in different places, and pulled apart in places. Efforts to repair these sections took months of hounding them to come make the repairs and when they finally came out they would typically make a quick fix that didn't hold up. This turned into a cycle for over two years. We eventually realized the only way to get it right would be to pull the whole thing up and properly level and compact the base. I give them full credit for agreeing to do that, and although the driveway still has its issues, it was a huge improvement. It was clear watching the re-installation that it was not done properly the first time, and the struggle to communicate and arrive at a proper fix took 2.5 years of frustration to get calls returned, battle through innumerable excuses, and get them to actually show up. They have a habit of leaving at the end of a project or adjustment without communicating what was done or that they are done. In the end, between the communication and workmanship issues, it was a genuinely terrible experience.
