Order #****** for JJ Smith Online. . I have inquired on an order update via ************* with no response. My package should have arrived February 4th but there has been no update since the 3rd if February in regard to tracking. While the post office says I just have to wait it may be lost and to contact the provider who does not answer. Are you able to provide an update on my order please and if there is none please refund me for my package. I ordered the bundle, liver, tummy and blood focus.Business Response

I tried Skin Focus for thirty days and decided that I wanted to continue with the product, so I purchased online again to get the subscription. On June 29th, I placed the order, but you're FORCED to repurchase the product before signing up for the monthly subscription. Well, I bought the product one month before try it, so I only needed the subscription going forward. When I realized that the system automatically placed two orders, I was charged $36.99 and $41.04 (see attachment). I emailed customer service to tell them I only needed the monthly subscription and to credit the difference back. On July 1, they only credited back $36, turned around, and billed me again for $41.04 on July 3rd. So that's 2 charges for 1 product. I've emailed customer service several times and am still waiting for a response. I want to be credited back $41.04, .99 for the other item and cancel my subscription. Thank you.Business Response

Please be sure to email only ********************************** going forward. Regarding the subscriptions, I would like to clarify that in order to start a subscription you have to place an order. In this case it appears you didn't realize that your very first order was actually a subscription order so when you decided to open a new subscription you then had 2 subscriptions, hence the back to back orders. But, in opening your 2nd subscription you also accepted the upsell to receive a 2nd bottle at a discount which is why your order had 2 bottles, which we removed 1 for you. All is clear now though as we have cancelled your subscriptions and issued a refund on your order of $41.04. Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to return to your AMEX. Complaint against JJ SMITH (liver focus) Order was placed on Jan 5, 2024 **** tracking #****************************** shows item at same spot since 1/12. Post office states the package is lost and I should contact the company the order was from. I bought two supplements from her website under the impression it was worth buying it. When I received it, one of the supplements had an ingredient that I had a severe side effect from it the past. The other one was made of nothing but magnesium which does many thing to the body but not weight loss. Its good for bones, skin and hair. I use both lotion made with it and a liquid. There is no way to return anything or even a number to call customer service. The return address is a PO BOX. There was no paperwork inside the plastic bag it was mailed in.I want to return both bottles and get refunded. They are both still sealed..Business Response

I've attached the emails to this complaint. It's completely unacceptable for them to take my money & then never give me my order or my refund. No phone number to contact them at all! I also ordered liver focus it did arrive without issue, but the Tummy focus never came. Now I don't get any response back at all from anyone except that automatic email they send saying someone will be in contact with you. All lies!Business Response

Purchased weight loss bundle on 4/27/23 for $93 and was really excited to get started. After two weeks and no product, I received one of the many sales pitch emails from the company stating one of the products in the bundle is back in stock so order now before its gone. No mention when I placed my order that the product is out of stock. I reached out to customer service who promptly replied but needed my order number and then failed to respond to subsequent emails. I just noticed a tracking number updated showing product is on its way expected Friday which means a full 3.5 weeks to receive my order. If this is a one month supply, am I literally supposed to place another order within a week of starting it as to not run out?! Absolutely ridiculous that JJ Smith doesn't have faster distribution. And she should cut off orders when supply cannot keep up with demand. I remembered there being a frustrating delay when I purchased the liver cleanse a few years ago but hoped it would be better this time. Nope, here I am frustrated again! This delay is outside of our normal operations of shipping within 3-5 days and most of our customers are aware of this, which is why the concern grew. Also, we are sorry you feel as if your emails were ignored but I'm showing here that all were replied to, although I do see it took a while for us to get on the same page regarding your order number, but eventually we did. Purchase Products online Dates -03/04/2023 I was cashing out and the payment said that my card was invalid I redid the transaction thinking. I put the card number in wrong so I proceed with another card it said the same thing again and then I notice that the money was return right away on my debit card so I look and my credit card statement and it charged my card three (3) TIMES I never received my money or the product and it's now 3/24/2023. This company took my money for two bottles of pills that was sent back to her. Been corresponding through email with the company about my refund once their package was delivered back to them. It was delivered back to them on October 5, 2022. They refuse to send me my refund back, not only that. I sent email yesterday on October 13, 2022 asking about my refund and they sent a message back asking me did I send both bottles back. Why would I keep something I dont use when I never purchased in the beginning. They got their merchandise back so why not refund my money. I sent tracking to them and sent a picture of the package with tracking number. Now its like they trying to put it like I didnt send both bottles back. I dont steal. Im on social security and disability and I have no extra money to just give away. What I want is my $71.44 back. Its not that hard when you making millions off people. I pulled up her revenue. Just refund my money!!! Thats considered stealing and fraud because you know you got your product so why take from the poor when you know you make ***** times what I make. I dont need no one weight loss products because they dont work. There is no magic to weight loss. You have to get out and get fit on your own. I wouldnt recommend this company because they all about taking people money that dont belong to them.
