    I purchased a saddle and accompanying tack from the business owner, Mr. ********** ***********************, on January 5, 2024 for $1,330.00. He was the farrier at the barn where I board my horse and the barn assistant manager recommended I talk to him about a saddle. That is how this transaction came about.At the time of purchase, we discussed my inexperience with horses, and with saddles and tack - especially for my gaited horse. There was never any mention of a 30-day return policy.He tested the saddle on my horse and said it fit him well, but acknowledged that, given my inexperience, my horse wasn't safe to ride without refresher training. He recommended I consider sending him to his business for 6-weeks. I did not do this because I could not afford it.Due to weather, illness, and my horse's health issues, I've not yet ridden in the saddle. Recently, I tried it and it was too big for me. I didn't feel safe or secure in it. Also, I had a professional saddle fitter check the saddle and he told me the saddle was actually too long for my horse's back and did not fit him comfortably. I contacted **************** telling him the saddle was too big for me and asked him for a refund, especially since I still hadn't received all of the tack that I paid for on January 5th. He told me all sales are final and that he has a 30-day return policy.I reminded him of our conversations and that given my circumstances, a 30 day return policy wouldn't have made sense. I also told him he hasn't yet delivered all of tack I purchased. Still, he refuses to give me a refund and says he'll bring the rest of the tack to the barn next time he comes out.

    Thank you so much for your efforts.  No....I have not heard back from the company. It does not accept texts or calls from me, either.
