    Horrible experience! Worse than buying a used car from ****** Madolf! I ordered two units on September 16, 2024 and still have not received my carts as of October 15, 2024. I was told they had the units in stock and ready to ship, I should have them in no more than ***************************************************************** ****** your salesmen and logistics manager is in a meeting, Ill have him get back to you. Now they have my money and I have nothing.

    Pretty sure this is a 1 man scam company. The address is an abandoned warehouse. The guy acts as if it's this big corporation with all these departments and employees. Don't count on getting your money back if you need to return anything. Just try to sell it yourself. They got my money and the returned item I sent back. Been stringing me along with excuses for weeks. ******.

    Bought a new E-Bolt golf cart it won't charge the customer service is to busy to help the owner is insulting don't bother with this company

    Horrible horrible horrible Stay away We bought a go kart for my 8 year old grandson paid 1700 plus paid an extra 250 to have them put it together and deliver it The kart was used once and things started to fall off. The gas pedal then the fender then the light dont work . Now the front tire broke off and the drivers seatbelt broke.They sent us parts for us to fix the pedal and the fender but didnt send the other piece we need to attach it. I emailed them about the other stuff that has happened and they havent returned any answers to my email This is an 8 year old that rides its bad its garage kept. These things are major and shouldnt be happening oh and keys not forget the battery fell out because it was glued only holding it in place My grandson is so heartbroken that this all has happened and Im furious because it stated from day one and they have a louder customer service ********************

    Horrible customer service. Horrible shipping. Horrible overall experience with this company and after a month still haven't received everything I purchased, including extra money paid for extra packaging that I never received and obviously don't need now since motor was already sent without extra packaging and padding. Paid over double what I could have got motor for just because they are good salesmen. Good luck dealing with them. And don't bother trying to call, they won't answer...

    Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. We ordered a windshield from them. When it arrived it didn't look like what we ordered. When we contacted the company to let them know, we were told we got exactly what we ordered. We told them we wanted to return the windshield as it obviously was NOT what they had pictured on their site, and were told that there would be a restocking fee, no refund on the shipping, and we would have to pay return shipping...on THEIR mistake. I will never be ordering from them again. I feel we were misled. We took a photo of the windshield on their website and a photo of the windshield we received. Even after we sent them the two photos, they still claimed we got exactly what they have shown on their website...I don't know whether to be mad or feel badly for them.
