    The business has sent me four incorrect invoices, with the most recent being a threat to turn the account to collections. The stated amount due is incorrect. I have contacted them after each of the first three invoices to explain its mistake. The company has not responded to any attempt. I am now filing a BBB complaint, as well as sending them an additional letter. June 24, 2022 I visited ***’s offices for a consultation. I do not have a record of making a co-payment for this appointment, which is why I assess the amount I owe is $30. September 23, 2022 I visited ***’s office for a procedure. I have a record of making a $30 payment to ******* ****** LEESBURG VA on this date, which is not noted on your invoice and why it is incorrect. October 20, 2022 I received the initial incorrect invoice from ***. October 21, 2022 I called the phone number listed on the incorrect invoice for billing inquiries and spoke to Edwin. After providing him with information about the visits and payment, including what I do owe, ***** said he would investigate the matter. I never received a response from ***** or ***. November 15, 2022 I received the second incorrect invoice. December 3, 2022 I sent a message to the billing inquiry email address listed on the incorrect invoice with a subject line “Incorrect Bill”, and the relevant information. I never received a response from this address or ***. December 20, 2022 I received the third incorrect invoice. December 21, 2022 I called the phone number listed on the incorrect invoice for billing inquiries, spoke to Kavana, and provided the relevant information. She told me would talk to ***** and return my call. I never received a response from ******, *****, or ***. January 18, 2023 I received the fourth incorrect invoice from ***, which this time included a threat of sending the account to collections. You can imagine my emotional response; and you have already been provided three times at this point my rational response.

    I would to request arbitration regarding a consumer and business matter. Additionally, I would like to obtain a full refund for the amount of $5,000 dollar and zero cents. The transaction between the business and myself was a deposit for a cosmetic surgery scheduled for September 9, 2022, to be performed by ****** Tajkarimi MD under ****** **** *** ***************************** of America. After the date was selected a deposit was received by Better Body MD to retain the selected date. I was informed by the office via text message that the cosmetic surgery needed to be rescheduled for an earlier date. I agreed to a new date of September 6, 2022. I did not receive a contract with the new date and decided to cancel my cosmetic surgery. I contacted ****** **** ** and requested the cancellation and a full refund of deposited money. Once again I was informed via text message that a cancelation fee of $2,500 was applicable as per the business cancelation policy. I did not receive a cancelation form nor I signed any document acknowledging any fee associated with cosmetic surgeries cancelations. I notified the office that I did not receive nor signed any cancellation form. At that moment I was told via text message that the physician is outside of the country, and that the office will let me know something after the physical is aware of the cancelation, and a refund process was initiated. I have yet to be contacted back nor have received any refund. Please be aware that the attached documents contain personal identifiable information.
