    We've encountered numerous revisions and changes along our project. It hasn't been easy. At this point in our efforts, we are waiting for a simple service (survey of trees) that Tree Preservation Consultants, LLC needs to provide in order for us to complete our permit request.They have not answered e-mails for approximately a week and do not field calls. Being that they were the initial arborist on our plan (requiring revision), to go with another arborist would force us to incur additional expenses to re-perform prior work. This job would require a day at most to survey, and a day to update our existing plan as outlined in the attached e-mail thread, stated by the company.The party in question has not been able to even provide a scheduled date which was adhered to. Initially citing the Friday prior to the week of thanksgiving, 18 Nov 22. Then he said it would be "after the holiday" in his lone recent e-mail exchange (22 Nov 22). I asked for clarification on if "after the holiday" referred to Thanksgiving, or if another holiday, to please specify and provide a date. That correspondence was sent 22 Nov 22, 8 days ago. The party in question has not responded to my inquiries via e-mail, nor has he accepted any calls, which are placed daily to request an updated timeline.All we are asking for is for is accomplishment of the simple survey that is past due, and holding up our entire project's progress.

    Hello,

    My complaint was addressed promptly after contacting you in late Nov. The issue was fully resolved. I even went so far as to request the complaint be nullified, but do not see upon review any sent messages. I believe it was handled through the web portal.

    Please let me know if there are any questions I can assist with.
