    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    There is no offer in her message to accept or decline.  There are also 'communications' in her message that she refers to that are complete lies.  At no time did I agree to 'just bring him out to ride' as he was excited about a specific event that she has offered multiple times in the past.  I literally told her that multiple time while turning down the October date (which was not a unicorn event and we were camping)!  I've spent the last year waiting for that specific event to be offered again and it has not been offered.  Although it has nothing to do with her business, I will confirm that her husband did fall sick and we did communicate during that time, but NOT about riding horses.  I offered her support by food and more.  I did not ask anything personal from her.  It would have been completely inappropriate.  It should also be mentioned that I have been being treated for cancer during that same time and went into remission in August.

    Again, I am looking for a refund of at least $50 from this class at this time as she canceled the event and, knowing we were waiting for it, never offered it again and then attacked me in writing when I asked for him to be added to her Spring class.  Her mother posted the public attack based on her lies and she attacked me via messenger for simply asking him to be placed into her class.

    .11.16.22, owner sent a message about a camp on December 3rd - my son was marching in the Christmas parade.Other events added to their schedule:12.10.22 - against Scout Christmas party (I'm Cubmaster, we cannot miss)2.11.23 - against brother's ***************** event was canceled 2.20.23 - on a Monday - son is in school, realized it was a holiday day-of, too late to sign up & not sure if it was full/happening 4.1.23 - against scout event 5.5.23 - rodeo camp - not for him 5.13.23 - against scout bridging event 6.24.23 - summer camp - not comparable 9.18.23 - Monday homeschool event - he had school 9.22.23 & 10.22.23 - both were against Campouts 12.22.23 - we were unavailable TODAY announced a camp for 4.1.24 - NO SCHOOL! I contacted her & asked to be moved & was told she had contacted ****** had not answered & I no longer had a credit. I mentioned the lack of camps. Hours later she sent another message that she would not add him. She then publicly posted about me on *********

    I did schedule a camp in August 2022 and I did cancel it  because I only had 2 kids sign up. I told her I could send her a refund or could sign him up for October. She said that they were camping that weekend and asked if I would have one in the fall. I then responded that same day and said that we probably would have one in November. After that I sent her another message and said if he just wants to ride that she could bring him out and we could have a ****** for what she had already paid. She responded that he was excited to ride a unicorn and if he could just do a normal ****** that would be fine too. That was on 9/14/22. She then messaged me on my person ******** page on 9/24/22 and asked if she could get him in for a riding ******. I messaged her back immediately and asked if I could get back to her by next week because my husband had just found out he had to have triple bypass surgery. So I then sent her message on 10/10/22 and asked her to please let me know of some dates within the next two weeks so that we could get a ****** in. I never heard from her. So I sent her another message 10/25/22 and asked if she had figured out a ************* that he could ride. I also told her I had a Christmas camp scheduled. On 11/10/22 I sent her a message and said the Christmas camp is December 3rd. I literally have not heard from her since September 2022, until now in January ****. As far as the ******** goes about it being posting, there were no names mentioned. It was just the story and I am not the one that posted that.
