    Terrible customer service and never returned call. In addition had on internet for 10 days straight with no resolution.

    this business commits fraud. I had good service for a couple of years and they began cutting my unlimited data to the point I had zero internet for half th Emonth I called, and was told they would reimburse for /HALF month. Never got ******* month same thing. charged me full ****** when I had zero service that month. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONECALLS AFTER AT LEAST 10 TO 15 ATTEMPTS, TO GET ANSWERS. THEY DID NOT REIMBURESE, HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMMSION WHICH I SHOULD HEAR FROM SOON.THEY ARE BASICALLY COMMITING FRAUD BY CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD AND I HAVE ZERO SERVICE. IT SUPPORT , BILLING, NEITHER ANSWER THE PHONE NOR RETURN CALLS.THEY ARE A BROKER FOR *******. FYI ******* CUTS THE ACCESS FIRST WHEN THIER TOWERS OR "FULL. I READ ON INTERENT. SO I BELVIET THIS COMPNAY IS OFFERING UNLIMITED DATA FOR INTERENT AND IT IS BEING CUT MID MONTH. THAT IS WHAT STARTED HAPPENING TO ME AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR A COUPLE OF YEAER.S THE WORSE PART IS THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND KEEP CHARGING ******** STEP HIRE ATTORNEY TO INVESTIGATE

    I have used Sure Site for about eight months and am happy with their service. After spending the last six years using satellite internet, this service is a breath of fresh air, especially living in the country. I understand there is limited internet in rural areas, so i can't complain about the service they offer me. My wife has been teleworking for over a year and has been successful, and that means more to me than anything else. Before Sure Site, I couldn't stream anything using satellite, but now I can stream without worrying about limits and being slowed to almost nothing. I hope you continue to serve ********** folks, as it seems the big companies have forgotten about us out here. God Bless You...

    This company has the worst service imaginable. I lost my satellite internet service in April 2022. I called immediately to understand what was happening--why was I no longer getting internet? There was never any answer to my many calls and voicemail messages. There was no communication from the company to me as a customer. I assumed the company went out of business. Because I work from home and needed internet access, I subscribed to another provider. I continued to call and leave messages with SureSite. Eventually, in June, I connected with ******** who answered the phone and he explained that I needed a new card or modem, so they sent me one. There were no instructions with the modem. I tried connecting and it did not work. So I called and called again. Then in August I was charged $208.00!!! I kept calling and finally last week spoke with the same guy who tried to troubleshoot, unsuccessfully. He said he would send another modem-- still not received. Meanwhile I spoke with ****** to get a refund, she keeps telling me she needs to speak with ******** who has been in and out of the office. Stay clear of SureSite! I am giving one star because it wont let me give no stars.
